HAKOMI ONLINE PRACTICE GROUP

The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.

Hakomi online teaching series “From reaction to rescource. Hakomi and the Polyvagal Theory”, part 1

January 25 & May 21, 2024 /6pm-9pm (EET) /Zoom

This is the exploration of the interface of Hakomi and Porges’ Polyvagal theory. We’ll spend time in relevant experiential practices for understanding how this theory can be applied in a Hakomi way.

OPEN MULTILEVEL TRAINING “LEANING BACK” (IN PERSON)

February 16-18 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn

 We will explore what gets in the way of leaning back and how to rest and trust the Hakomi principles, when we are supporting self-study in a Hakomi process.

HAKOMI SUMMER CAMP “HEALING ANCESTRAL WOUNDS”

July 20-24, 2024 / Algallika Center

Healing Ancestral Wounds is a connection to the birth of humanity, collective trauma and the suffering and wisdom we inherit from our ancestors. We will explore Loving Presence for our ancestors and recognise the resources, wisdom, love and goodness that have come to us from them.

OPEN MULTILEVEL TRAINING “COMING BACK TO THE FLOW” (IN PERSON)

September 27-29 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn

We will study how our nervous systems and the conscious embodiment of experiences will determine our capacity to come back to a flow, that opens to the possibilities of heartfelt connections and emotional nourishment in relationships and to flow with an aliveness that brings joy and gratitude for the gift of our precious lives.

Boundaries are closely related to our needs and how we express them in relationships. We will study in a Hakomi Way how we are relating to those needs and explore the possibility to express them in a healthy way.

We will study our own relationship to strong emotions and will learn how we respond in a way that is most useful for a client, when they experience strong emotions. Hakomi has a unique way of holding and working with emotions. In this session we will have with us the legacy holder Bob Milone.
