The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.

HAKOMI ONLINE TEACHING SERIES “MEETING THE INNER SHADOW”

In this experiential Hakomi series, we gently turn toward the inner shadow—those parts of ourselves that learned to hide, adapt, or stay silent in order to belong and that still shape our life experiences.

In this 3 day training you will have the opportunity to refine your Hakomi skills, to embody the principles and to deepen your understanding by practicing full sessions and receiving feedback that supports your personal learning process towards becoming a Hakomi practitioner.
