INTRO TO HAKOMI
January 18 & February 15 /10am-5.30pm/ Tallinn

The courses are independent of each other and have slightly different contents. You can participate in one or both courses. For anyone who is curious about Hakomi and would like to have a first hand experience of the method.


HAKOMI ONLINE PRACTICE GROUP
 Feb 12, March 19, April 14, May 12, June 11
 6.30pm-8.30 (Tallinn, Estonia)

The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.

Our practice groups are facilitated by advanced students.


HAKOMI ONLINE TEACHING SERIES “TRAUMA INFORMED HAKOMI”
 Feb 17, June 17, Sept 23, Nov 25
 6pm-9pm (Tallinn, Estonia)

In this Hakomi informed trauma series we will explore how we can recognize and respond in an adequate manner, when a traumatic state of mind emerges in a Hakomi session. We want to be able to offer support in a way that the person can access resources and process the traumatic experience towards the expression of a healthy aliveness.

OPEN MULTILEVEL TRAINING “QUIETING THE MIND”
March 7-9 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn 

Applying mindfulness in a relational self discovery process is a basic principle in Hakomi. Presence becomes possible, when the mind is quiet. We will learn how to apply mindfulness for self-discovery and how deep inner core material is experienced through body awareness and a felt sense.

HAKOMI TRAINING “DEEPENING SKILLS”
May 23-25 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn

In this 3 day training you will have the opportunity to refine your Hakomi skills, to embody the principles and to deepen your understanding by practicing full sessions and receiving feedback that supports your personal learning process towards becoming a Hakomi practitioner. For those Hakomi students who have had around 40 days of teaching.
