The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.

HAKOMI ONLINE TEACHING SERIES “MEETING THE INNER SHADOW”

In this experiential Hakomi series, we gently turn toward the inner shadow—those parts of ourselves that learned to hide, adapt, or stay silent in order to belong and that still shape our life experiences.

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF HAKOMI EDUCATION NETWORK

Next summer Hakomi congress will be held in Ireland and there will be no Hakomi Estonia summer camp. Hakomi congress is a wonderful possibility to meet the international Hakomi community and practice together.
HAKOMI MINIRETREAT “LONELINESS”

As an alternative to summer camp, we will have a 3-days retreat outside the city.
