HAKOMI SUMMER CAMP “HOW TO STAY HOPEFUL AND CONNECTED IN DIFFICULT TIMES”
July 18-22, 2024 / Algallika Center
Especially in these turbulent times, hope and connection are essential resources that help regulate both our individual and collective nervous systems. Over the course of five summer days, we will explore in a Hakomi way our relationship to these important sources.
Trainers: Robert Milone (Kanada) ja Bettina Deuster (Germany)

HAKOMI ONLINE TEACHING SERIES “TRAUMA INFORMED HAKOMI”
Sept 23, Nov 25
6pm-9pm (Tallinn, Estonia)
In this Hakomi informed trauma series we will explore how we can recognize and respond in an adequate manner, when a traumatic state of mind emerges in a Hakomi session. We want to be able to offer support in a way that the person can access resources and process the traumatic experience towards the expression of a healthy aliveness.
Trainers: Gabriela Valdez Villarreal (Mexico) and Bettina Deuster (Germany)

OPEN MULTILEVEL TRAINING “HEALING RELATIONSHIP”
October 24-26 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn
A healing relationship is about who we are rather than what we do. When appreciation, safety, connection, presence, curiosity, compassion and spaciousness are offered through our way of being, then healing that is intrinsic can unfold and happen in the present moment.
