1. Registration
1.1 Registration is valid only when filling out the registration form for a specific training session. The link of the form can be found on the Hakomi Estonia events page via the registration link. A letter, message or marking yourself as a participant on Facebook does not count as registration.
1.2 Registration is binding, which means that if you wish to cancel your registration or other plans arise, you must follow our cancellation procedures (paragraphs 3 and 4).
1.3 If you have a special need or health condition that requires special attention from the organizers, please let us know in the questions/clarifications section of the registration form. See also section 7 (Participant’s responsibility).
1.4 In the case of most training sessions, the participant can choose how many study days he will attend (1, 2 or 3 days). If you have not attended Hakomi workshops before and can only come for one or two days, it must be from the first day of the workshop.
2. Session fees, payment option and payment deadlines
2.1 All fees are in Euros (EUR). Training sessions are VAT-free.
2.2 The early bird price applies if the participant registers before midnight on the last day of the early bird period at the latest and pays the fee on time.
2.3 The invoice payment term is 14 days from registration or receipt of the invoice. In case of late registration the term is the first day of the session. The invoice will be sent on the 0th-3rd day after egistration.
2.4 If you wish to pay the invoice in instalments, this must be indicated in the questions/clarifications section of the registration form. You must register at least 30 days before the workshop to receive this payment option.
2.5 Payment term and surcharges
2.5.1 If payment is not received 14 days after registration or on the date indicated on the invoice (14 days after receiving the invoice), we will first send you a reminder to pay the invoice immediately. 14 days after the payment deadline, we will send an invoice with a 5% late fee added (in the case of the full price of the course) or the full price of the invoice (in the case of the early registrant price).
3. Cancellation policy
3.1 By canceling at least 3 weeks before the training: 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.
3.2 Up to one week before the training, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded or an invoice will be submitted for 50% of the participation fee, if the payment has not yet been received.
3.3 In case of later notification or no-show, the participation fee will not be refunded.
3.4 To cancel participation, send a letter to info@hakomi.ee. It is possible to transfer the participation fee to the next training course according to the first three points. See also section 4.
3.5 You are always welcome to find a participant in your place and selle your place to them.
4. Transfer of the participation fee to another session
4.1 If you are not able to attend the training session you registered for, but you want to come to another one, you can transfer your participation fee.
4.2 By canceling at least 3 weeks before the training, you can get transfer 100% of the participation fee.
4.3 By canceling a week before the training, 50% of the participation fee can be transferred.
4.4 In case of later notification, the participation fee cannot be transferred.
4.4 To change the training date, send an email to info@hakomi.ee.
5. Illness/injury
5.1 In case of illness/injury, we can transfer the participation fee to another training course according to points 3 and 4 or by individual agreement.
6. If the training is cancelled
6.1 If the training is canceled due to the organizer’s or external reasons (e.g. national orders related to the pandemic), the participation fee will be refunded or transferred in full to the next session. The training organizer is not responsible for other expenses incurred by the participant in connection with the planning of participation in the training.
6.2 In case of force majeure (war, fire, natural disaster), the organizer is released from any responsibility.
7. Participant’s responsibility
7.1 Training is open to people aged 18 and over from all walks of life. During and after the session, participants must have sufficient capacity to take care of themselves. Sometimes strong emotions can arise in the training and our trainers and assistants have the opportunity to offer support, but not to the extent that it affects the delivery of the training in a significant way. If you are not sure whether you are able to participate in the training, please contact us by e-mail (info@hakomi.ee) and we can explain in more detail what it means to be able to take care of yourself. We also know that some people may underestimate their willingness to participate in training
7.2 If you are late for the training session or unable to attend due to travel delays or other circumstances, we have no obligation to provide you with a refund or postpone the start of the course until you have arrived.
7.3 Participants who behave inappropriately during the session must leave and the participation fee will not be refunded.
7.4 The participant is responsible for his personal belongings, and the course organizer is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of things brought to the course.
8. Confidentiality and personal information
8.1 Information obtained about others during the training session is confidential. The participant can share his personal experience with anyone he wants.
8.2 By registering for the training session, you consent to being added to the Hakomi Estonia information list. The participant’s personal information is never disclosed to third parties.
9. Photographing, filming and recording
9.1 The organizer may wish to photograph or film the training for the purpose of advertising future courses, etc. This is never done without the consent of the participants. Participants do not have the right to photograph or film the training without prior agreement. Recording the sessions are not allowed.
