HAKOMI ONLINE PRACTICE GROUP

The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.
DEEPENING SKILLS “JUMPING OUT OF SYSTEMS”
May 15-17 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn
In this 3 day training you will have the opportunity to refine your Hakomi skills, to embody the principles and to deepen your understanding by practicing full sessions and receiving feedback. For those Hakomi students who have had a minimum of 35 days of teaching. Less experienced students are welcome to join as observers, clients and assistants in sessions.

HAKOMI ONLINE TEACHING SERIES “MEETING THE INNER SHADOW”
June 17, September 23, November 25
6pm-9pm (Tallinn, Estonia)
In this experiential Hakomi series, we gently turn toward the inner shadow—those parts of ourselves that learned to hide, adapt, or stay silent in order to belong and that still shape our life experiences.

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF HAKOMI EDUCATION NETWORK
July 5-9 / Wicklow, Iirimaa
Next summer Hakomi congress will be held in Ireland and there will be no Hakomi Estonia summer camp. Hakomi congress is a wonderful possibility to meet the international Hakomi community and practice together.
HAKOMI RETREAT “CONNECTING THROUGH LONELINESS”
October 8-11 / Algallika Center
Loneliness is a painful shared human experience. Together we will explore this inner landscape through the lens of Hakomi and create a safe space that allows us to meet our aching isolation with curiosity, tenderness and compassion. This opens us to the possibility of transforming the barriers of separation into a profound experience of unity.
