HAKOMI ONLINE PRACTICE GROUP

6.30pm – 20.30 pm (Tallinn, Estonia, EET) / Zoom

The purpose of the practice group is to create an opportunity to practice Hakomi skills between training sessions and nourish ourselves with Hakomi practises. We welcome Hakomi lovers of different levels. You can also join without previous Hakomi experience.

Our practice groups are facilitated by advanced students.

OPEN MULTILEVEL TRAINING “FORGIVENESS” (IN PERSON)

Nov 29- Dec 1 / 10am-6pm / Tallinn

We will explore in a Hakomi Way our relationship to forgiveness. It´s an inner process, that can´t be forced. But we can be invited to become curious and to gently investigate what gets in the way of moving on and being present now instead of holding on to past events that were hurtful.

We are relational beings and it is in relationships that we grow, get hurt and heal. Let’s explore in a gentle and experiential Hakomi Way our deepest beliefs about loving connections and the possibilities for new experiences.

Deepening Skills

This 3-day session is for Hakomi students who have completed nearly 40 study days or more. In the session, we practice the structure of the session and integrate theory and practice
